通瘀促孕汤治疗子宫内膜异位症不孕的意义

摘　　要：目的探究分析通瘀促孕汤治疗子宫内膜异位症不孕的效果。方法选取于2022年1月至2022年12月期间,院内子宫内膜异位症不孕患者共62例,作为本次研究对象。以患者入院序列是为基础,采用随机数字分组的方式,将62例患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组31例。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组采用通瘀促孕汤治疗,对比两组的治疗效果,卵巢功能;卵泡状态以及生活质量。结果在治疗效果方面,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。在卵巢功能方面,治疗后观察组抗苗勒氏管激素水平高于对照组,卵泡刺激激素水平低于对照组(均P<0.05)。在卵泡状态方面,治疗前两组对比无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组最大卵泡直径以及成熟卵泡个数均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。在生活质量方面,观察组生理职能分、心理职能、社会功能、环境领域以及情感职能评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论通瘀促孕汤能够改善患者的卵巢功能、卵泡状态,确保最终治疗效果以及生活质量的提升。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of Tongyu Promoting Pregnancy Decoction on treating infertility caused by endometriosis.Methods A total of 62 infertile patients with endometriosis in the hospital between January 2022 and December 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study.Based on the patient admission sequence,62 patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number grouping method,with 31 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Tongyu Promoting Pregnancy Decoction.The therapeutic effects and ovarian function of the two groups were compared;Follicular status and quality of life.Results In terms of treatment effectiveness,the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had higher levels of anti Mullerian hormone and lower levels of follicle stimulating hormone than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the maximum follicle diameter and the number of mature follicles in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of quality of life,the observation group had higher scores in physiological function,psychological function,social function,environmental domain,and emotional function than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Tongyu Promoting Pregnancy Tang can significantly improve the ovarian function and follicular status of patients,ensuring the ultimate treatment effect and improvement of quality of life.
