中药药浴联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究寻常型银屑病应用中药药浴联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)的疗效。方法于2018年1月至2024年1月,选取我院诊治的60例寻常型银屑病患者为研究对象,分为对照组(n=30)给予NB-UVB、联合组(n=30)给予中药药浴联合NB-UVB。检测对比两组中医症候积分、炎性反应、血液流变学、银屑病面积及严重程度指数(PASI)评分、临床疗效。结果治疗后联合组中医症候积分,肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、白细胞介素(IL)-8、IL-17,全血低切、中切、高切黏度水平,PASI评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。联合组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药药浴联合NB-UVB治疗寻常型银屑病,可改善患者症状及血液流变学,减轻炎性反应。Objective To explore the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with narrow-band ultraviolet B(NB-UVB)in psoriasis vulgaris.Methods From January 2018 to January 2024,60 patients with psoriasis vulgaris treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(n=30)to receive NB-UVB,and combination group(n=30)to receive traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with NB-UVB.TCM syndrome score,inflammatory response,hemorheology,psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)score and clinical efficacy of the two groups were detected and compared.Results The TCM symptom score,tumour necrosis factor(TNF)-α,interleukin(IL)-8,IL-17,whole blood low-cut,medium-cut and high-cut viscosity levels,and PASI score of the combined group were lower than those of the control group after treatment(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with NB-UVB in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris can significantly improve the symptoms and hemorheology of patients,reduce inflammatory response.
