参麦益气养阴汤联合二甲双胍对气阴两虚社区型2型糖尿病患者血糖水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探究参麦益气养阴汤联合二甲双胍对气阴两虚社区2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖水平的影响。方法临床选取2021年12月至2024年1月本院收治的气阴两虚社区型T2DM患者97例,依据随机数字排列表法将其分为对照组(n=48,二甲双胍)、观察组(n=49,二甲双胍+参麦益气养阴汤),观察对比两组患者血糖及胰岛素指标、炎症因子指标及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后观察组胰岛β细胞(HOMA-β)、IL-10、白蛋白(Alb)、血红蛋白(Hb)、转铁蛋白(TRF)及前白蛋白(PA)高于对照组,空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)及餐后2 h血糖(2 hPBG)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、白细胞介素(IL)-6、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率(6.12%)与对照组(12.50%)对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论参麦益气养阴汤联合二甲双胍能够在一定程度上改善患者炎症因子,提高营养指标及胰岛素功能,有效降低血糖水平,不会增加患者不良反应的发生。Objective Exploring the effect of Shenmai Yiqi Yangyin Decoction combined with metformin on blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)in the qi and yin deficiency community.Methods Clinically selected from December 2021 to January 2024 the hospital admitted to the community of qi and yin deficiency T2DM patients 97 cases,according to the random number arrangement table method will be divided into the control group(n=48,metformin),the observation group(n=49,metformin and Shenmai Yiqi Yangyin Decoction),observation and comparison of the two groups of patients with blood glucose and insulin indicators,indicators of inflammatory factors and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results After treatment,islet beta cells(HOMA-β),IL-10,albumin(Alb),hemoglobin(Hb),transferrin(TRF)and prealbumin(PA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.Fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),2 hours postprandial blood glucose(2 hours PBG),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),interleukin(IL)-6 and tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)were all lower than those in control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(6.12%)and the control group(12.50%)(P>0.05).Conclusions Shenmai Yiqi Yangyin Decoction combined with metformin can improve inflammatory factors,improve nutritional indexes and insulin function in patients to a certain extent,effectively reduce blood sugar level,and will not increase the occurrence of adverse reactions in patients.
