摘  要:冠脉慢血流(slow coronary flow,SCF)现象是指一些胸痛患者进行选择性冠状动脉造影时,在没有明显狭窄的情况下,观察到造影剂缓慢通过,并出现冠脉远端延迟灌注的情况,为区别于“X综合征”,慢血流现象又称为“Y综合征”。自发现以来,人们对于慢血流现象的病因学和危险因素就提出了不同的假说并进行了验证,目前发现其可能与血管内皮功能障碍、炎症反应、血细胞和血小板异常、遗传因素等有关。治疗方面以改善微血管功能、抗炎、维持血管内分泌功能等为主。本文将针对慢血流现象的发生机制及药物治疗近几年的研究进展进行综述,以期促进慢血流现象的临床诊疗,改善患者生活质量。The phenomenon of slow coronary flow(SCF) refers to the slow passage of contrast agent and delayed perfusion of the distal coronary artery observed in some patients with chest pain undergoing selective coronary angiography without obvious stenosis.To distinguish it from "X syndrome",the SCF phenomenon is also known as "Y syndrome".Since its discovery,different hypotheses have been proposed and validated regarding the etiology and risk factors of slow blood flow phenomenon.Currently,it has been found that it may be related to endothelial dysfunction,inflammatory response,abnormal blood cells and platelets,genetic factors,etc.In terms of treatment,the main focus is on improving microvascular function,anti-inflammatory effects,and maintaining vascular endocrine function.This article will review the mechanism of slow blood flow phenomenon and the research progress of drug treatment in recent years,in order to promote the clinical diagnosis and treatment of slow blood flow phenomenon and improve the quality of life of patients.
