摘　　要：本文分析了在科技快速发展和市场竞争加剧的现代环境中,公立医院如何支持科技创新,并提供更优质的医疗服务。并介绍了通过决策支持系统整合医院内外数据资源,监督各科室的经济和运行效率,完善绩效分配和考核体系的实践。此外,还强调了药品质量管理在提升医疗服务质量中的核心作用,提出了通过增强药品供应链的透明度和监管来保障药品安全和有效性的策略。通过依托医疗质量管理信息平台和大数据技术,本文展示了如何使医院管理更加全面和及时,从而为医疗质量改进提供宏观指导,并促进医院的可持续发展,更好地实现公立医院医疗质量管理的持续优化和提升。This paper analyzes how public hospitals can support technological innovation and provide better medical services in the modern environment of rapid technological development and intensified market competition.It also introduces the practice of integrating data resources inside and outside the hospital through the decision support system,supervising the economic and operational efficiency of each department,and improving the performance distribution and assessment system.In addition,it also emphasizes the core role of drug quality management in improving the quality of medical services,and proposes strategies to ensure drug safety and effectiveness by enhancing the transparency and supervision of the drug supply chain.By relying on medical quality management information platform and big data technology,this paper shows how to make hospital management more comprehensive and timely,so as to provide macro guidance for medical quality improvement and promote the sustainable development of hospitals.In order to better realize the continuous optimization and improvement of medical quality management in public hospitals.
