摘　　要：立足乡村特色产业发展实践,并基于双重委托代理理论构建了以小农户、合作社和基层政府为主体的乡村特色产业主体利益联结的理论框架,本文深入剖析了乡村特色产业主体利益关系从联结到脱钩的特征事实与生成逻辑。研究发现:一方面,小农户脱离乡村特色产业链之外并选择自适应增收行为,合作社异化为投资者所有的企业,基层政府选择脱离小农户的农业产业化与规模化;另一方面,乡村特色产业主体利益脱钩的根本原因在于农民主体性尚未得到全面保障、合作社的利益分配激励不相容、基层政府的过程监督和资源支持双双失效。基于上述发现,本文从小农户、合作社和政府三个主体层面重点阐释了乡村特色产业主体利益复联的路径选择。Based on the development practice of rural characteristic industries and the double principal-agent theory,a theoretical framework for the multi entity interest linkage of rural characteristic industries,with smallholder farmers,cooperatives,and grassroots governments as the main entity,is constructed.This article analyzes the practical manifestation and generation logic of the interest linkage among rural characteristic industry entities from cooperation to decoupling.The study finds that on the one hand,smallholder farmers are detached from rural characteristic industry chain and choose adaptive income increasing behaviors,the alienation of cooperatives into enterprises owned by investors and grassroots governments has chosen to separate from smallholder farmers in agricultural industrialization and scale;On the other hand,the fundamental reason for the decoupling of interests among multiple stakeholders in rural characteristic industries lies in the fact that the subjectivity of farmers has not been fully guaranteed,the incentive for the distribution of interests in cooperatives is incompatible,and the process supervision and resource support of grassroots governments are both ineffective.Based on the above conclusion,the reshaping strategy of the interest linkage between rural characteristic industry entities should be emphasized at the levels of smallholder farmers,cooperatives,and government.
