摘 要:大牛地气田下古生界含硫气井H_(2)S/CO_(2)共存条件下的腐蚀环境复杂,井筒腐蚀速率较大,目前对H_(2)S/CO_(2)共存条件下的腐蚀规律认识不清,气藏安全生产存在一定风险。针对这一问题,采用Design Expert软件优化试验方案,提高了试验方案的合理性。基于响应面法建立了腐蚀速率预测模型,并验证了模型的可靠性。通过方差分析、响应曲面构造以及等高线绘制明确了腐蚀主控因素及腐蚀规律。研究结果表明,所构建的腐蚀速率预测模型的平均相对误差为2.04%,随着硫化氢质量分数的降低和CO_(2)分压的升高,N80S钢的腐蚀速率呈增大趋势;随着温度的升高,N80S钢的腐蚀速率先增大后减小,在温度为80℃左右时达到最大值。腐蚀主控因素影响程度大小顺序为CO_(2)分压>H_(2)S质量分数>温度,另外,CO_(2)分压与H_(2)S质量分数、CO_(2)分压与温度均存在显著的交互作用,而温度与H_(2)S质量分数的交互作用则不明显。The corrosion environment of lower paleozoic sour gas well is complex under the coexistence of H_(2)S/CO_(2)in Daniudi gas field with a high wellbore corrosion rate.Currently,there are certain risks in production safety of gas reservoir due to less understanding of corrosion rules under the coexistence of H_(2)S/CO_(2).To address this issue,Design Expert software was applied to optimize experimental plan and improve its rationality.A corrosion rate prediction model was established based on response surface methodology and its reliability was verified.The main controlling factors of corrosion and corrosion rules were identified through variance analysis,response surface construction and contour line drawing.The studies revealed that the mean relative error of constructed corrosion rate prediction model is 2.04%.With the decrease of hydrogen sulfide mass fraction and the increase of CO_(2)partial pressure,corrosion rate of N80S steel shows an increasing trend.As the temperature increases,corrosion rate of N80S steel increases first and then decreases,reaching its maximum value at a temperature of around 80℃.The order of influence extent for main controlling factors is as follows:CO_(2)partial pressure>H_(2)S mass fraction>temperature.In addition,there is a significant interaction effect between CO_(2)partial pressure and H_(2)S mass fraction,as well as between CO_(2)partial pressure and temperature.The interaction between temperature and H_(2)S mass fraction is not obvious.
