摘 要:采用单向热拉伸试验测定了5A06-O铝镁合金在温热条件下(150~275℃)的流变应力曲线及厚向异性系数,通过扫描电镜对不同温度下单向拉伸试样颈缩断裂处的断口进行形貌观察分析。通过差温拉深试验研究了5A06-O铝镁合金在温热条件下的凸耳形成及演变规律。结果表明,拉深件的凸耳出现在与轧制方向成45°方向处,且平均凸耳率随着成形温度的升高先降低后增大,在250℃差温拉深条件下平均凸耳率最小,这与平面各向异性系数∆r有密切关系;在150、200、275℃,平均凸耳率随拉深比的增大呈现先增大后减小的趋势,而在250℃平均凸耳率随着拉深比的增大而增大;拉深件45°方向的减薄率与增厚率明显低于0°及90°方向,其原因在于该方向有着最大的塑性应变比r;250℃成形的零件三个方向均有着最低的减薄率与增厚率,壁厚分布最为均匀,其原因在于该温度有着最大的平均塑性应变比r。成形速度对5A06-O铝镁合金的成形性能有着显著影响,在室温及温热条件宜采用较快的拉深速度,本试验中5mm/s为最佳,但随着拉深速度的增加,平均凸耳率呈现上升趋势。The rheological stress curves and thickness anisotropy coefficients of 5A06-O aluminum-magnesium alloy under warm and hot conditions(150~275℃)were measured by unidirectional hot tensile test,and the morphology of the necking fracture of unidirectional tensile specimens at different temperatures was observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy.The formation and evolution of lugs of 5A06-O aluminum-magnesium alloy under warm and hot conditions were investigated by differential temperature deep-drawing tests.The results show that the protrusions of deep drawn parts appear at a 45°angle to the rolling direction,and the average protrusion rate first decreases and then increases with the increase of forming temperature.Under the condition of 250℃differential temperature deep drawing,the average protrusion rate is the smallest,which is closely related to the plane anisotropy coefficientΔr;At 150℃,200℃,and 275℃,the average protrusion rate shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of drawing ratio,while at 250℃,the average protrusion rate increases with the increase of drawing ratio;The thinning and thickening rates in the 45°direction of deep drawn parts are significantly lower than those in the 0°and 90°directions,due to the maximum plastic strain ratio r in this direction.The parts formed at 250℃have the lowest thinning and thickening rates in all three directions,and the wall thickness distribution is the most uniform.This is because this temperature has the highest average plastic strain ratio r.The forming speed has a significant impact on the formability of 5A06-O aluminum magnesium alloy.It is advisable to use a faster drawing speed at room temperature and under warm conditions,with 5 mm/s being the optimal.However,with the increase of drawing speed,the average protrusion rate shows an upward trend.
