摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)属于中医学疫病范畴,中医在新冠肺炎的防治中发挥了重要作用。笔者认为新冠肺炎属于外感疾病,正确使用发汗法非常重要,同时要配合通利二便法,以期驱邪务尽。早期新冠肺炎患者可以按照三阳合病思路来辨治;治疗全程需要重视祛湿法的使用;感染新冠肺炎后要警惕逆传心包;根据中医治未病的理念,时常顾护人体正气,以期五脏元气通畅,人即安和。The novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)belongs to the category of“epidemic”in traditional Chinese medicine,and traditional Chinese medicine has played an important role in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19.The authors believed that COVID-19 is an externally-contracted disease,and the correct use of the sweating method is very important,and at the same time,it should be combined with the method of promoting urination and defecation,in order to dispel pathogenic factors as completely as possible.Early COVID-19 patients can be treated according to the idea of triple-yang combination of diseases.The whole course of treatment should pay attention to the use of the method of dispelling dampness.After infection with COVID-19,it is better to be aware of reverse pericardium transmission.According to the concept of“treating disease before it arises”in traditional Chinese medicine,it is good to often protect and reinforce the healthy qi of the human body,so that the original qi of five zang-organs is smooth,and thus people are healthy.
