摘　　要：介绍傅萍教授治疗多囊卵巢综合征伴胰岛素抵抗不孕症的临床经验。傅萍教授认为,多囊卵巢综合征与胰岛素抵抗相互交织影响,在肾主生殖的前提下,多囊卵巢综合征伴胰岛素抵抗患者,病位常在胃肠、心脾。傅萍教授以“二阳之病发心脾”理论为指导,将多囊卵巢综合征伴胰岛素抵抗所致不孕症辨为脾虚胃热型和阴虚血燥型。脾虚胃热治宜健脾运中、疏郁清胃,方用加味芩连汤加减;阴虚血燥治宜滋阴润燥、交通心肾,方用蒌石散加减。This paper introduces Professor FU Ping's clinical experience in treating polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)complicated with insulin resistance in infertility.Professor FU Ping believes that PCOS and insulin resistance interact with each other.Under the premise that the kidney governs the reproduction,the disease location of PCOS and insulin resistance is usually in the gastrointestinal tract,heart and spleen of patients.Under the guidance of the theory that"double-yang diseases starts from the heart and spleen",Professor FU Ping differentiates the infertility caused by PCOS complicated with insulin resistance as spleen deficiency and stomach heat type and yin deficiency and blood dryness type.For patients of spleen deficiency and stomach heat type,it is suitable to fortify the spleen and transport the middle qi,and soothe constraint and clear the stomach heat,with application of modified Qinlian Decoction.For patients of yin deficiency and blood dryness type,it is suitable to enrich yin and moisten dryness and restore interaction between the heart and the kidney,with application of modified Loushi Powder.
