摘　　要：目的观察双花坤孕方治疗子宫内膜异位症(EMT)的临床疗效。方法选取2021年10月至2022年10月于我院治疗的90例EMT患者,按照随机数字表法分为孕三烯酮组、联合组各45例。联合组予双花坤孕方联合孕三烯酮胶囊治疗,孕三烯酮组予孕三烯酮胶囊治疗,比较2组性激素指标[包括泌乳素(PRL)、孕酮(P)]、卵巢功能指标[包括雌二醇(E_(2))、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成激素(LH)]、妊娠率、复发率不良反应发生率及临床疗效。结果联合组治疗后妊娠率及治疗总有效率高于孕三烯酮组,PRL、P、E_(2)、FSH、LH水平及复发率低于孕三烯酮组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双花坤孕方联合孕三烯酮胶囊治疗EMT具有显著的治疗效果,有效改善性激素水平。Objective To explore the effect of ShuanghuaKunyun Formula combined with sex hormoneson endometriosis.Methods Ninety endometriosis patients treated in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were randomly assigned to receive either gestrinone capsules(gestrinone group,n=45)or ShuanghuaKunyun Formula+gestrinonecapsules(combined group,n=45).The sex hormone indexes(prolactin[PRL],progesterone[P]),ovarian function indicators(estrogen[E_(2)],follicle-stimulating hormone[FSH],luteinizing hormone[LH]),pregnancy rate,recurrence rate,incidence of adverse reactions,clinical efficacy were included as comparators.Results Significantly higher pregnancy rate and overall effective rate,and lower PRL,P,E_(2),FSH,LH levels and recurrence rate were found in combined group than those of gestrinone group(all P<0.05).Conclusion By statistical analysis of the changes in sex hormones before and after treatment.the combination of ShuanghuaKunyun Formula and gestrinone capsules has a significant therapeutic effect for endometriosis patients.It is effectively improves the sex hormones.However,it need more expand cases for confirming the accuracy due to insufficient samples.
