中药止痛精油联合穴位干预在轻中度癌痛患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察中药止痛精油联合穴位干预在轻中度癌痛患者中的应用效果。方法将2022年1月至2022年12月江苏省南通市肿瘤医院肿瘤内科收治的82例轻中度癌痛患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组(行常规护理)及研究组(在对照组基础上加用自制中药止痛精油联合穴位按摩干预),各41例,比较2组患者的疼痛情况、血清炎症因子水平、癌因性疲乏状态、睡眠质量及焦虑、抑郁情绪。结果干预前2组疼痛数字评分(NRS)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平、Piper疲乏修正量表(RPFS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后研究组NRS评分、lL-6、TNF-α水平、RPFS评分、PSQI评分、SAS评分及SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药止痛精油联合穴位干预能够有效改善轻中度癌痛患者的疼痛情况,缓解癌因性疲乏状态及焦虑、抑郁情绪,降低患者的血清炎症因子水平,提高患者的睡眠质量。Objective To study theanalgesic effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)essential oilcombined with acupoint intervention for patients with advanced cancer.Methods Eighty-two patients with advanced cancer admitted to the Department of Oncology,Nantong Tumor Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into a control group(routine nursing,n=41)and a study group(routine nursing+self-made TCM essential oil+acupoint intervention,n=41).The aim was to compare inter-group pain,serum inflammatory factor,cancer-related fatigue(CRF),sleep quality,anxiety and depression.Results Before intervention,Numeric Rating Scale(NRS)for pain,interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),Revised Piper Fatigue Scale(RPFS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)between groups were comparable(P>0.05).After intervention,which were significantly lower in the study group versus in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination hasa good analgesic effect in patients with advanced cancer,it can relieve CRF,anxiety and depression,reduce serum inflammatory factor levels,and improve sleep quality,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
