间苯三酚联合内关穴位注射维生素B_(6)治疗妊娠剧吐的效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察间苯三酚联合内关穴位注射维生素B_(6)治疗妊娠剧吐的效果。方法选取2022年7月至2023年9月我院收治的110例妊娠剧吐孕妇分为观察组、对照组,各55例。对照组行常规干预,观察组采取间苯三酚联合内关穴位注射维生素B_(6)治疗。评估2组临床疗效、症状消退时间(包括恶心呕吐、胃痉挛性疼痛、胃烧灼感症状消失时间及酮症转阴时间)、中医证候积分、妊娠期恶心呕吐专用量化表(PUQE)评分、胃动素(MTL)、生化指标(包括血钾、血钠、血清白蛋白、尿酮体)。结果观察组总有效率92.73%(51/55),对照组总有效率76.36%(42/55),治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组恶心呕吐、胃痉挛性疼痛、胃烧灼感症状消失时间及酮症转阴时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组症状评分、PUQE评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组血钾、血钠、血清白蛋白、胃动素水平高于对照组(P<0.05),尿酮体水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论间苯三酚联合内关穴位注射维生素B_(6)治疗妊娠剧吐的效果良好,缩短患者症状消退时间,提高胃动素水平,上调电解质、血清白蛋白水平,降低尿酮体水平。Objective To explore the effect of acupoint injection of vitamin B_(6)(VB_(6))at neiguan(PC 6)with phloroglucinol(PG)for hyperemesis gravidarum(HG).Methods One hundred and ten pregnant women with HG admitted to our hospital from July 2022 to September 2023 were enrolled.They were randomized 1∶1 to conventional interventions(control group)or acupoint injection of VB_(6) at neiguan(PC 6)with PG(observation group).The inter-groups clinical efficacy,time to symptom abatement of nausea and vomiting,stomach cramps,stomach burning and time to negative conversion for ketosis,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score,Pregnancy-Unique Quantification of Emesis(PUQE)score,motility(MTL),and biochemical indexes were evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(92.73%[51/55]vs 76.36%[42/55],P<0.05).The time to symptom abatement of nausea and vomiting,stomach cramps,stomach burning and time to negative conversion for ketosis were significantly shorter in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM symptom score,PUQE score were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of blood potassium,blood sodium,serum albumin,MTL in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while the level of urinary ketone was significantly lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of acupoint injection of VB_(6) at neiguan(PC 6)with PG for HG is good,shortening the time to symptom abatement,increasing MTL level,up-regulated electrolyte and albumin levels,and decreasing the level of urinary ketone.
