温针灸八髎治疗阳虚型慢性功能性便秘临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨温针灸八髎治疗阳虚型慢性功能性便秘患者的临床效果。方法本研究选取2020年6月至2022年12月进行治疗的60岁以上阳虚型慢性功能性便秘患者40例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,每组20例。其中对照组患者采取电针刺激八髎治疗,试验组患者采取温针灸刺激八髎治疗,观察2组患者治疗前后4个量表评分。结果2组治疗前后Bristol量表评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组便秘评分量表(CCS)评分均均下降(P<0.05),且试验组CCS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组便秘中医证候评分均下降(P<0.05),且试验组中医证候评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组生活质量量表(PAC-QOL)评分均下降(P<0.05),且试验组PAC-QOL评分低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采取温针灸八髎治疗阳虚型慢性功能性便秘患者可改善便秘症状及中医证候评分,提高生活质量及疗效,效果显著。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of warm acupuncture-moxibustion at Baliao points on the elderly with chronic functional constipation of yang deficiency type.Methods This study population comprised 40 elderly(aged≥60 years old)with chronic functional constipation of yang deficiency type who visited our hospital from June 2020 to December 2022.They were divided into control group(n=20,electroacupuncture at Baliao points)and experimental group(n=20,warm acupuncture-moxibustion at Baliao points)based on a random number table.The four scales were performed to assess the treatment effect before and after treatment between groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the Bristol Rabbit Pain Scale(BRPS)between the experimental group and control group before and after the treatment(P>0.05).The Cleveland Constipation Score(CCS)in both groups decreased significantly,and the CCS of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms scores for constipation in the both groups decreased significantly,and the decrease in the experimental group was more pronounced relative to the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the patient assessment of constipation quality of life questionnaire(PAC-QOL)scores in both groups had a significant decrease,and which were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment efficiency of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm acupuncture-moxibustion at Baliao points in treating of the elderly with chronic functional constipation of yang deficiency type can improve constipation symptoms and TCM syndrome scores,improve the quality of life,and it is efficacy.
