宽胸气雾剂对冠心病心绞痛的治疗效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨宽胸气雾剂治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)心绞痛的效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年2月南京市江宁医院接诊的60例冠心病心绞痛患者为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分成对照组(30例)与观察组(30例)。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组给予西医+宽胸气雾剂治疗。治疗1个月后,对比两组治疗结果、心绞痛发作情况及心功能指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的76.67%(23/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.192,P<0.05)。治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组心绞痛发作频率更低,发作持续时间更短,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组射血分数、心脏指数高于对照组,N-末端脑钠肽前体水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论宽胸气雾剂疗效确切,可以降低冠心病心绞痛患者心绞痛的发作次数,缩短疼痛时间,改善患者心功能指标。Objective To investigate the effect of broad-chest aerosol on angina pectoris of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 60 patients with angina pectoris with coronary heart disease treated in Nanjing Jiangning Hospital from January 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given Western medicine+broad-chest aerosol treatment.After 1 month of treatment,the treatment results,angina pectoris attack and cardiac function indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than 76.67%(23/30)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.192,P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the frequency of angina pectoris was lower and the duration of angina pectoris was shorter in the observation group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After treatment,the ejection fraction and heart index of observation group were higher than those of control group,and the level of N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide was lower than that of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Broad-chest aerosol has definite curative effect,which can improve the weekly frequency of angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease,shorten the pain time,and improve the cardiac function index of patients.
