全瓷冠修复联合iRoot SP糊剂根管充填治疗隐裂性牙髓炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究全瓷冠修复联合iRoot SP糊剂根管充填治疗隐裂性牙髓炎的临床疗效。方法选取2019年6月—2023年5月镇江市口腔医院收治的60例隐裂性牙髓炎患者为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方法将其分为对照组和研究组,各30例。所有患者均使用iRoot SP糊剂行根管充填治疗,对照组采用烤瓷冠修复,研究组采用全瓷冠修复。比较两组临床疗效、炎症因子、咀嚼功能。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的80.00%(24/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.043,P<0.05)。治疗1 d后,研究组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-8、基质金属蛋白酶-8均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗3个月后,研究组改良曼恩咀嚼协调评估量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论隐裂性牙髓炎患者应用全瓷冠修复联合iRoot SP糊剂根管充填治疗效果显著,且能够降低炎症反应,改善患者咀嚼功能。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of all-porcelain crown repair combined with iRoot SP paste root canal filling in the treatment of cracked pulpitis.Methods A total of 60 patients with cracked pulpitis admitted to Zhenjiang Stomatological Hospital from June 2019 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and study group,with 30 cases in each group.All patients were treated with iRoot SP paste for root canal filling.The control group was repaired with porcelain crown,and the study group was repaired with all-ceramic crown.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors and chewing function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than that of the control group 80.00%(24/30),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.043,P<0.05).After 1 day of treatment,tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-8 and matrix metalloproteinase-8 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the score of Mann Assessment of Swallowing Ability in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion All-porcelain crown repair combined with iRoot SP paste root canal filling,which can improve the treatment efficiency and help reduce the chewing function of patients.
