Objective To study the application value of multi-probe combined with ultrasound in the neonatal craniocerebral diseases. Methods The clinical data of 100 newborns admitted to the Department of Ultrasound,Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from April 2021 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected. All newborns were examined by low-frequency probe and high-frequency probe, and the results, diagnostic efficiency and coincidence rate of single low-frequency probe and multi-probe combined examination were compared. Results The sensitivity and accuracy of multi-probe combined examination were higher than those of low-frequency probe examination, and the missed diagnosis rate was lower than that of low-frequency probe examination, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The diagnostic coincidence rate of multi-probe combined examination was 90.00%(36/40),which was higher than 35.00%(14/40)of low-frequency probe, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=25.813,P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-probe combined with ultrasound in the diagnosis of neonatal craniocerebral diseases can better avoid the occurrence of missed diagnosis events and clarify the specific classification of detected results, which has high comprehensive diagnostic efficiency and high application value.
