摘 要:肌肉表面肌电(sEMG)技术是现代运动科学的关键工具,监测肌肉电生理活动,有助于揭示田径运动员起跑技术背后的生物力学原理。sEMG基于肌肉收缩时产生的微弱电位变化,利用皮肤表面电极捕捉并分析信号,帮助理解肌肉的活动状态、强度及协同作用。在田径起跑技术中,sEMG技术揭示了不同肌肉群在起跑瞬间的激活模式,如股四头肌与臀大肌的同步激活,这对优化起跑技术和提升爆发力至关重要,便于运动员个性化训练方案的制定,为运动员在关键时刻发挥最大效能提供了科学依据,有望推动田径运动成绩的进一步突破。Surface Electromyography(sEMG)technology,as a critical instrument in modern sports science,illuminates the Biomechanical principles underlying athletes'starting techniques through the monitoring of muscle electrophysiological activities.SEMG is based on the weak potential changes generated during muscle contraction,using skin surface electrodes to capture and analyze signals helping to understand the state,intensity,and coordination of muscle activities.In the field of athletics starting techniques,sEMG technology reveals the activation patterns of different muscle groups at the moment of starting,such as the synchronized activation of the quadriceps and gluteal muscles,which is crucial for optimizing starting techniques and enhancing explosive power.It facilitates the formulation of personalized training regimens,providing a scientific foundation for athletes to achieve peak performance at critical moments,which is expected to promote further breakthroughs in athletics performance.
