体育信息化视域下高校体育管理现状及策略研究

摘　　要：随着我国科学技术的持续进步,体育信息化已成为高校体育管理的重要发展方向,积极推动高校体育管理信息化的建设已成为教育界的热门话题。该文以高校体育管理信息化为背景,深入探讨高校体育管理工作的现状、困境及解决策略。通过研究发现,目前,高校体育管理过程中缺乏创新性和灵活性,体育管理人才资源匮乏,体育监考系统机制不完善,体育场馆及器械利用率有待提升。因此,通过研究提出4条策略:高校体育管理信息化过程中应以人为本,加强信息化体育管理人才培养体系,运用信息化技术优化高校体育监考系统,提高信息化体育场馆的运营水平。With the continuous progress of science and technology in China,sports informationization has become an important development direction of college sports management and actively promoting the informatization construction of college sports management has become a hot topic in the education sector.Based on the background of the informationization of college sports management,this paper probes into the current situation,difficulties and solutions of college sports management.Through research,it has been found that:At present,there is a lack of innovation and flexibility in the process of college sports management,a shortage of sports management talent resources,an imperfect mechanism of sports invigilation system,and a need to improve the utilization rate of stadium and equipment.Therefore,four strategies proposed through research:Put people first in the process of informationization of college sports management,strengthen the talent training system for information-based sports management,optimize the college sports invigilation system by using information technology,and enhance the operation level of informationbased stadiums.
