摘　　要：维生素K_(2)(vitamin K_(2),VK_(2))是一种长期被忽视的维生素。最近越来越多的证据表明,除了止血相关蛋白的肝脏羧化作用外,VK_(2)可以在抗氧化、心血管、骨代谢等方面发挥重要作用,而这些作用与妊娠密切相关。由于其可能的缺乏状态以及良好的安全性,最近已经有部分孕妇使用的钙补充剂和综合维生素产品中被添加了VK_(2)这一成分。然而,据我们所知,目前医学文献中没有针对VK_(2)和妊娠之间关系的综述。本文旨在介绍VK_(2)在妊娠期的来源及代谢特点,阐述与妊娠期特有疾病可能的关系,评估妊娠期女性补充VK_(2)的安全性,以期为妊娠期VK_(2)补充剂的使用提供合理建议。Vitamin K_(2)(VK_(2))is a vitamin that has been neglected for a long time.Recently,more and more evidences show that,in addition to the hepatic carboxylation of hemostatic related proteins,VK_(2) can play an important role in antioxidant,cardiovascular,bone metabolism and so on,which are closely related to pregnancy.Due to its possible deficiency status and good safety,VK_(2) has been added to some calcium supplements and multivitamin products used by pregnant women recently.However,to our knowledge,there is no review on the relationship between VK_(2) and pregnancy in the medical literature.This article aims to introduce the source and metabolic characteristics of VK_(2) in pregnancy,elaborate the possible relationship with pregnancy-specific diseases,evaluate the safety of supplementing VK_(2) in pregnant women,in order to provide reasonable suggestions for the use of VK_(2) supplements in pregnancy.
