摘　　要：本文深入探讨高校教育管理模式在数字化改革的背景下的改革与创新路径。首先分析数字化改革背景下高校教育管理模式改革与创新中面临的挑战,并阐述数字化改革背景下高校教育管理的改革与创新的重要性,随后提出数字化改革背景下高校教育管理模式改革与创新的优化路径,以应对新时代的教育发展需求。Under the background of digital reform,this paper deeply discusses the reform and innovation path of university education management mode.First analyzed under the background of the digital reform college education management mode reform and innovation in the challenge,and expounds the digital reform background the importance of college education management reform and innovation,then put forward under the background of digital reform college education management mode reform and innovation of optimization path,to the new era of education development needs.
