摘  要:甲状腺球蛋白(Thyroglobulin,Tg)是一种由甲状腺滤泡细胞合成并分泌到血液中的大分子糖蛋白。血液中Tg的浓度水平是判定分化型甲状腺癌和亚急性甲状腺炎等甲状腺疾病的重要指标之一。放射免疫分析法、免疫放射分析法和免疫化学发光分析法是临床检测Tg的主要方法。近年来,为了满足甲状腺清除术后对较低浓度血液Tg的检测需求,研究者开发了多种高性能分析方法用于血液样本中Tg浓度的检测,为甲状腺疾病筛查和疗效评估提供了新的技术手段。本文综述了Tg的分析方法,尤其是近五年来用于血液中低浓度Tg监测的生物传感器研究的新进展,探讨了其在实际临床应用中面临的技术挑战,为开发分化型甲状腺癌液体活检新方法提供了参考。Near infrared spectroscopy is a molecular absorption spectrum with rich compositional and structural information,and its applications are very extensive.In recent years,driven by the background of artificial intelligence,the Internet of Things,and smart factories,the near-infrared spectroscopy analysis technology in China has achieved rapid and high-quality development.Research and application in many fields have been further strengthened,achieving good results.In this paper,the research and application progresses of near infrared spectroscopy in China in the past five years(from 2019 to 2023)were reviewed with 105 references.The content involved methodology research,practical technology research,application research and so on,and some suggestions were put forward for the research and development of the key technologies of near infrared spectroscopy in the future.
