摘  要:为了抑制喷涂作业过程中挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)外逸,减少污染,创新设计一种采用真空回收技术的带有双层回收罩的喷涂回收装置,基于计算流体动力学(CFD)对VOCs喷涂回收全过程进行气液交互、液滴蒸发和壁面碰撞的全时域仿真,分析装置内VOCs的时空分布特征和影响外逸的敏感参数。研究发现,真空回收管外倾角度和装置内漩涡流场对限制VOCs外逸影响明显。当外倾角为60°时,VOCs气体逸出最少,相比外倾角为0°时,其VOCs质量分数时历均值从0.8下降至0.21,回收效果最佳。通过在装置外腔中添加连接内腔与外腔的挡板,可有效减少漩涡,将VOCs气体质量分数时历均值控制在0.57,提升回收能力。In order to suppress the escape of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)and reduce pollution during spraying operations,a spray recovery device with a double-layer recovery hood based on vacum recovery technology is designed.Based on computational fluid dynamics(CFD),the VOCs recovery and spraying process are simulated in time domain,including gas-liquid interaction,droplet evaporation,and wall collision.The spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of VOCs and the sensitive parameters affecting escape are studied.The research has found that the inclination angle of the vacuum recovery tube and the vortex flow field inside the device have a significant impact on limiting the escape of VOCs.When the camber angle is 60°,VOCs gas escapes the least.Compared with when the camber angle is O°,the time averaged VOCs mass fraction decreases from 0.8 to 0.21,indicating the best recovery effect.By adding baffles connecting the inner and outer chambers in the external chamber of the device,the generation of vortices can be effectively reduced,and the time averaged VOCs gas mass fraction can be controlled at 0.57,which can improve the recovery capacity.
