当代中国儿童福利研究的脉络、逻辑与取向

摘　　要：中国的儿童福利研究已经成为一个与实践紧密关联、由多学科参与的研究领域。作为历史性社会行动领域的儿童福利包含制度实践、政策行动、观念文化三个维度,主要关注中国儿童福利制度的历史变迁、当代建构和制度环境中的儿童福利实践,由发达国家的社会背景、政策经验和国际社会政策学术脉络、中国国内社会现实和政策语境共同塑造的儿童照顾、儿童保护、儿童贫困三个主要方向的学术议题,以及儿童福利的制度构建和服务落地相关的价值理念、文化观念。研究者需要对该领域的学术活动同国际和本国的社会、经济、政治、文化因素及相关政策语境之间的联系具备自反性的认识,在此种学术自反性的基础上积极与更广泛的社会现实和学术脉络进行对话,推动跨学科合作研究并推进基础理论研究。Child welfare research in China has developed into a field closely linked to practice and involving multiple disciplines.As a historical and social action domain,child welfare encompasses three dimensions:institutional practice,policy action,and cultural ideas.Relevant research focuses on the historical evolution of China's child welfare system,its contemporary construction,and the practice of child welfare within the institutional environment.This field also explores three main academic agendas of child care,child protection,and child poverty,which are largely shaped by policy experiences of developed countries,the international social policy context,as well as China's domestic social realities and policy environment.Additionally,it examines the values and cultural concepts related to the institutional development of child welfare and the implementation of services.Researchers need to maintain a reflexive understanding of the connections between academic activities in this field and the broader social,economic,political,and cultural factors,as well as related policy contexts,both internationally and domestically.Based on this academic reflexivity,scholars are encouraged to actively engage in dialogue with broader social realities and academic contexts,promote interdisciplinary collaborative research,and advance fundamental theoretical research.
