摘　　要：糖尿病肾病(DKD)是我国的常见病与多发病,是糖尿病中最严重的慢性微血管并发症之一,不加以控制就会发展成为终末期肾病(ESRD)。DKD是一种具有复杂生理和病理机制的代谢性疾病,影响其发展的因素很多,其中微炎症是糖尿病肾病进展的常见途径之一。细胞焦亡是新近发现的一种促炎性、程序性细胞死亡形式。研究发现,细胞焦亡在DKD的发生发展中发挥重要作用。近年来,中医药在防治DKD时因具备价格低廉、安全可靠、疗效好等各方面优势受到广泛关注。通过汇总细胞焦亡与DKD的关系,以明确细胞焦亡在DKD中发挥的作用机制,总结靶向细胞焦亡治疗DKD的中医药,希望对DKD的治疗和中医药进一步的发现有所帮助。Diabetic nephropathy(DKD)is a common disease and frequently occurring disease in our country.It is one of the most serious chronic microvascular complications in diabetes.If it is not controlled,it will develop into end-stage renal disease(ESRD).DKD is a metabolic disease with complex physiological and pathological mechanisms.There are many factors affecting its development,among which micro-inflammation is one of the common ways of progression of diabetic nephropathy.Pyroptosis is a recently discovered form of pro-inflammatory programmed cell death.It has been found that pyroptosis plays an important role in the development of DKD.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of DKD has attracted wide attention due to its advantages of low price,safety and reliability,good curative effect and other aspects.By summarizing the relationship between pyroptosis and DKD,it can clarify the mechanism of pyroptosis in DKD,and summarize the traditional Chinese medicine targeted treatment of pyroptosis to treat DKD,hoping to contribute to the treatment of DKD and the further discovery of traditional Chinese medicine.
