近五年西医非药物疗法结合中医药对膝关节骨性关节炎治疗方案综述

摘　　要：膝关节骨性关节炎(Knee Osteoarthritis, KOA)是临床常见的关节疾病,已经成为影响我国老年人生活质量的重要因素。近年来对KOA的西医非药物疗法治疗发展更为迅速,而中医则是以内外并治为特色,如果将二者有机结合能够得到极好的效果。笔者对近五年的相关文献进行综述,阐述了KOA的中医、西医病机,介绍了关节腔内注射联合中医治疗、手术联合中医治疗的最新方案,认为膝关节腔注射和关节镜手术均为目前常用的非药物治疗方法,配合中医内治法和外治法,具有更为理想的效果,是中西医疗法结合的典型方案。但是在方案选择的过程中,需要二者相配合,起到取长补短的作用,这样才能达到理想的效果。Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is a common joint disease in clinical practice and has become an important factor affecting the quality of life of elderly people in China.In recent years,the development of non pharmacological Western medicine treatment for KOA has been more rapid,while traditional Chinese medicine is characterized by a combination of internal and external treatment.If the two are organically combined,excellent results can be achieved.The author reviewed relevant literature in the past five years,elaborated on the pathogenesis of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in KOA,introduced the latest plans of joint cavity injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment,and surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment.It is believed that knee joint cavity injection and arthroscopic surgery are currently commonly used non drug treatment methods,and combined with traditional Chinese medicine internal and external treatment methods,they have more ideal effects,making them a typical plan for combining traditional Chinese and Western medical methods.However,in the process of scheme selection,it is necessary to combine the two to play a complementary role in order to achieve the desired effect.
