摘　　要：假性近视是由于过度刺激眼睛调节机制导致眼屈光度增加的结果,是睫状肌长时间处于痉挛,收缩的状态,是儿童青少年常见的眼科疾病,是真性近视的前期发展阶段。目前现代医学多采用睫状肌麻痹药物治疗,虽然有效果,但存在不良反应。假性近视在中医学中称为“能近怯远”,由于电子产品的普及及儿童青少年学业的繁重,导致不正确用眼,久视伤血,目失所养,长时间则出现能近怯远症。近年来,中医在治疗假性近视方面取得了一定的疗效,且不良反应小,故该文通过研读中医适宜技术治疗儿童青少年假性近视的文章,归纳出目前治疗假性近视的常见中医适宜技术,从针刺、耳穴压丸、推拿、艾灸等方面进行总结,以期为临床应用中医适宜技术治疗儿童青少年假性近视方面提供文献参考依据。Pseudomyopia is a result of excessive stimulation of the eye's regulatory mechanism leading to an increase in refractive index.It is a common ophthalmic disease in children and adolescents,where the ciliary muscle is in a state of spasms and contraction for a long time.It is the early stage of true myopia development.At present,modern medicine mostly uses drugs for treating ciliary muscle paralysis.Although it is effective,there are side effects.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has achieved certain therapeutic effects in treating pseudomyopia with minimal side effects.Therefore,this article summarized the common suitable techniques of traditional Chinese medicine for treating pseudomyopia in children and adolescents by studying articles on the appropriate techniques of traditional Chinese medicine.The article summarized them from aspects such as acupuncture,ear point pressing pills,Tuina and moxibustion,in order to provide literature reference for the clinical application of appropriate traditional Chinese medicine techniques in the treatment of pseudomyopia in children and adolescents.
