摘　　要：该文通过阅读整理近30年来国内外针刺辅助镇痛在围手术期应用的文献,从针刺在围手术期辅助镇痛及抗应激反应方面进行综述,并从功能磁共振成像(fMRI)技术的针刺镇痛脑效应和镇痛相关神经递质两方面探讨针刺辅助镇痛发挥作用的机制。In this article,by reading and collating the literature on the application of acupuncture in perioperative period in the past 30 years at home and abroad,this paper reviewed the effects of acupuncture in perioperative period and anti-stress response,and discussed the mechanism of acupuncture in the analgesic brain effect of fMRI and analgesia-related neurotransmitters.
