端板攻丝高强度螺栓连接拉剪复合受力设计方法研究

摘  要:针对端板攻丝高强度螺栓连接复合受力及变形特点,以其端板攻丝和螺栓牙体咬合受力机理为研究对象,分别进行单个螺栓不同拉剪比下连接件单调加载试验及有限元参数分析,研究了攻丝端板厚度、螺栓规格和摩擦面与拉力方向夹角等参数对连接件承载力的影响。试验结果表明:单向受拉时,承载力和变形与传统螺栓连接的基本一致;单向受剪时,M20螺栓攻丝板厚为16 mm时,仍可实现栓杆剪断,而端板攻丝孔内牙体无明显变形且攻丝连接件早期滑移量较小;拉剪复合受力时,随着摩擦面与拉力方向的角度从30°增大到60°,破坏形态由剪切破坏转变为受拉破坏。结合有限元参数分析得到,端板攻丝高强螺栓连接从剪切破坏转变为受拉破坏时,摩擦面与拉力方向的临界角度在45°~52.5°之间。根据试验结果与有限元参数分析分别得到端板攻丝高强度螺栓拉剪复合受力摩擦型连接和承压型连接的承载力设计曲线,结果表明:摩擦型连接可仍按现行规范方法进行承载力计算;对于承压型连接,分别引入端板攻丝高强度螺栓连接单向受拉和单向受剪承载力修正系数,给出了承载力计算式,可为工程设计提供参考。Aiming at the composite stress and deformation characteristics of high-strength bolted connection with end plate tapping,the interlock mechanism between the end plate tapping and high-strength bolt threads was investigated.Monotonic loading tests and finite element parametric analyses were conducted on the connections with single bolt in different tension-shear ratios to figure out the influences of end plate tapping thickness,bolt characteristics,and the angle between the friction plane and tensile loading on the bearing capacity of the connection.The test results indicate that,in the tensile loading tests,the bearing capacity and deformation of the high-strength bolt connection with end plate tapping are consistent with those of the traditional bolt connection.In the shear loading tests,the screw in the M20 high-strength bolt connection with end plate tapping can still be cut off when the thickness of the end plate reaches 16 mm,while the tapped threads inside the end plate hole remain small deformation and the threaded plates slip slightly in the early loading stage.In the tensile-shear loading tests,the failure mode of high-strength bolt connection with end plate tapping transfers from shear failure to tension failure with the increase of the angle between the friction plane and tensile loading from 30°to 60°.The parametric analyses reveal that the critical angle of the high-strength bolt connection with end plate tapping is between 45°and 52.5°for the connection failure from shear to tension.The design curves of the bearing capacity of the fiction type high-strength bolt connection and the compression type high-strength bolt connection in the tension-shear composite loading were developed.The bearing capacity of the friction type connection can be calculated following the current standard,while the design equation for the bearing capacity of the compression type connection was developed with the introduction of bearing capacity correction factors for tension and shear,respectively,which can provide refer
