晚清官员游智开对朝外交活动考述

摘　　要：随着朝鲜事务在东亚地区重要性的凸显,李鸿章幕僚游智开自光绪元年起,利用自身任职永平的地缘优势积极结交朝鲜使臣,并在李鸿章与朝鲜领议政李裕元之间充当信使长达五年。通过传递信件,游智开逐渐了解和熟悉朝鲜事务,积极辅助李鸿章劝导朝鲜勤修武备及与西方通商。朝鲜开港后,与洋务、军务相关的事务日渐增多,传统宗藩体制已不适应新形势下的中朝关系。光绪七年,清朝变更朝鲜事务管理体制,从此朝鲜使臣可直接接触李鸿章,游智开的信使角色就此终结。As the importance of Joseon affairs in East Asia became more prominent, You Zhikai(游智开),the member of Li Hongzhang's Shogunate began to make use of his geographical advantage in Yongping(永平) to actively make friends with Joseon envoys since the first year of Guangxu(光绪), and served as a messenger between Li Hongzhang(李鸿章) and Li Yuyuan(李裕元), the Prime Minister of Joseon for as long as five years. By passing letters, You Zhikai gradually understood and became familiar with Joseon affairs, and actively assisted Li Hongzhang in persuading Joseon to diligently build military equipment and trade with the western countries. After Joseon opened its port, affairs related to foreign affairs and military affairs increased day by day, and the traditional vassal system was no longer suitable for Sino-Joseon relations under the new situation. In the seventh year of Guangxu, the Qing Dynasty changed the Joseon affairs management system. From then on, Joseon envoys could directly contact Li Hongzhang, and You Zhikai's role as a messenger ended.
