摘 要:为进一步引导和规范水电智慧化建设,提高智慧化建设的效益,制定水电智慧化度评估机制、推广水电智慧化度评估方法逐渐成为水电智慧化建设中一项重要的组成部分。本文围绕多个新建水电项目和现有水电站的智能化、智慧化改造的实施,在建立面向智慧化度评估的智能发电信息化分层模型的基本架构基础上,探讨了两种智慧化度的评价方法,在详细给出两种评价体系具体内容的同时分析了其各自的优缺点,给出了评价方法的选择倾向。To further guide and specify the smartization of hydraulic power plants and improve the benefits in the smartization construction,formulating the mechanism for evaluation of the intelligence degree and generalizing the evaluation method gradually become an indispensable part in the construction of smartization for hydraulic power plants.Based on smartization implementation and improvement for multiple newly built and existing hydraulic power plants,two evaluation methods for evaluating the intelligence degree in hydraulic power plants were investigated according to the hierarchy in the layered model for informatization of smart power generation.The details in the evaluation methods were presented and their merits and disadvantages were expounded.Selection tendency was presented for these methods.
