摘 要:为提升寒区抽水蓄能电站面板防渗层服役能力,以低冻断温度为调控指标,制备了一种SBS改性沥青混凝土,考察了-1℃条件下该沥青混凝土弯拉应变、弯曲蠕变、弯曲疲劳、静三轴和动三轴性能,并与常规水工90号沥青混凝土对比。结果表明,SBS改性沥青混凝土冻断温度-46.3℃,比水工90号沥青混凝土降低10.1℃;弯曲应变、拉伸应变、弯曲蠕变、弯曲疲劳性能均不同程度提高;-1℃水工90号沥青混凝土静三轴和动三轴试验参数,如黏聚力、模量数、动应力、动弹性模量等显著增加,SBS改性沥青混凝土弹性模量、模量数、黏聚力等刚度指标相对较小,与常温条件水工90号沥青混凝土相当,低温柔性明显较好,能够弥补寒区环境对防渗层普通沥青混凝土造成的不利影响。In order to improve the service ability of the impervious layer of asphalt concrete panel of pumped storage power stations in cold regions,low freeze-break temperature was considered as a control indicator.A SBS modified asphalt concrete was prepared,whose bending tensile strain,bending creep,bending fatigue,static triaxial properties and dynamic triaxial properties were tested at the temperature of-1℃.The same measurements were executed for a conventional hydraulic 90# asphalt concrete.The advantages and disadvantages were discussed between the two asphalt concretes.The results indicated that,The freeze-break temperature of SBS modified asphalt concrete was-46.3℃,which was 10.1℃ lower than that of hydraulic 90 # asphalt concrete.The performance of bending strain,tensile strain,bending creep,and bending fatigue were all improved to different degrees.The static and dynamic triaxial test parameters of hydraulic 90# asphalt concrete at the temperature of-1℃,such as cohesion,modulus,dynamic stress,and dynamic elastic modulus,significantly increased.The stiffness indicators such as elastic modulus,modulus coefficient,and cohesion of SBS modified asphalt concrete at the temperature of-1℃ were relatively smaller,which were equivalent to the hydraulic 90# asphalt concrete under normal temperature conditions.SBS modified asphalt concrete had significantly better flexibility at low temperature and could compensate for the adverse effects of cold environment on ordinary asphalt concrete for the impervious layer.
