摘　　要：在线气相色谱仪是在各种原料气在线分析仪表里面应用最常见也是最复杂的仪表之一。在线气相色谱仪分析速度快、稳定性好、自动化程度高,能够为化工生产装置提供原料气组分含量及杂质的实时分析数据,对企业安全生产具有重要意义。伴随着在线色谱分析仪表应用进程的加快,在线气相色谱仪的维护工作也显得至关重要。本文根据在线仪表实际中的运行状况,结合化工大检修工作,总结了在线气相色谱仪具体检修和维护工作,以及各部分的维护要点和注意事项,旨在为专业技术人员在线气相色谱仪的现场维护提供技术支持。On-line gas chromatograph is one of the most common and complex instruments used in various on-line analysis instruments of raw gas.On-line gas chromatograph analysis speed,good stability,high degree of automation,can provide real-time analysis data of raw gas components and impurities for chemical production equipment,is of great significance for enterprise safety production.With the acceleration of the application process of on-line chromatographic analyzer,the maintenance of on-line gas chromatograph is also very important.According to the actual operation of the online instrument,combined with the chemical overhaul,this paper summarizes the specific maintenance and maintenance work of the online gas chromatograph,as well as the maintenance points and precautions of each part,in order to provide technical support for the on-site maintenance of the online gas chromatograph for professional and technical personnel.
