摘  要:本文着重介绍了二套ARGG装置机组仪表安全隐患治理,如何通过新思路及技术手段,对机组存在的设计缺陷、设备老化、仪表隐性故障进行分析,通过对喉部差压引压点加热吹风、烟机轴系探头加冷却风、静叶位置变送器加冷却风等仪表改造,以提高仪表设备安全性、可靠性,减少机组停机故障率,实现机组长周期平稳运行。This paper mainly introduces the treatment of hidden trouble of instrument safety in two sets of ARGG units,and how to analyze the design defect,equipment aging and Instrument recessive failure means of new ideas and technical means.Through the instrument reform of throat differential pressure point heating and blowing,smoke machine shafting probe adding cooling air,stator position transmitter adding cooling air,etc.In order to improve the safety and reliability of instrumentation equipment,reduce the unit downtime failure rate,to achieve long-term smooth operation of the unit.
