摘 要:针对快速路下游衔接交叉口吞吐量有限导致较长排队并溢流至出口匝道,影响快速路主线车流甚至高快路系统正常运行问题,以常州市衔接城市快速路与高速公路的青洋路与河海路交叉口为例,结合此类交叉口特点,对交叉口运行现状、不同时期流量及常态化拥堵成因进行分析,综合考虑效率和安全2个方面对该交叉口提出2种时空优化方案,最终通过Vissim仿真软件对2种优化方案进行讨论。从技术角度,方案二的优化效果更优;从经济角度,方案一的改造成本更低。In response to the problem of limited throughput at downstream intersections of expressways,which leads to long queues and overflow to the exit ramp,affecting the main traffic flow of expressways and even the normal operation of freeway and expressway system.This article takes the intersection of Qingyang Road and Hehai Road in Changzhou City,which connects expressway and freeway,as an example.Based on the characteristics of such intersections,the operational status,flow rate at different periods,and causes of normalized congestion are analyzed.Two spatiotemporal optimization schemes are proposed for this intersection,taking into account both efficiency and safety.Finally,the two optimization schemes are discussed through VISSIM simulation.From a technical perspective,the optimization effect of Plan 2 is better;From an economic perspective,the renovation cost of Plan 1 is lower.
