摘　　要：基于2017—2022年省级贸易面板数据,运用双重差分法,实证检验产业链“链长制”对贸易结构转型的影响效应。研究表明:产业链“链长制”的实施能够有效增加一般贸易占贸易总额的比重,并推动加工贸易向一般贸易转型;产业链“链长制”的实施对东部和东北部地区贸易结构“量”的提升效果明显,对东、中和东北部地区贸易结构“质”的优化明显;产业链“链长制”提升贸易结构“量”的行业异质性不明显,但优化贸易结构“质”的行业异质性特征显著。从培育链长产业生态、推动产业链供应链技术创新和加强产业链国际合作等方面为构建高水平链长制体系提出政策建议。Based on the provincial trade panel data from 2017 to 2022,this paper empirically examines the impact of the"chain length system"of the industrial chain on the transformation of trade structure by using the difference-in-differ-ence method.The results show that the implementation of the"chain length system"in the industrial chain can effec-tively increase the proportion of general trade in total trade and promote the transformation of processing trade to general trade.The implementation of the"chain length system"of the industrial chain has a significant effect on the"quantity"of the trade structure in the eastern and northeastern regions,and the optimization of the"quality"of the trade structure in the eastern,central and northeastern regions is obvious.The industry heterogeneity of the"chain length system"to improve the"quantity"of the trade structure of the industrial chain is not obvious,but the heterogeneity of the industry to optimize the"quality"of the trade structure is significant.This paper puts forward policy suggestions for building a high-level chain length system from the aspects of cultivating the industrial ecology of the chain length industry,promo-ting the technological innovation of the industrial chain and supply chain,and strengthening the international cooperation of the industrial chain.
