摘 要:牛大力(Millettia speciosa Champ.)为豆科崖豆藤属植物美丽崖豆藤的根,具有补虚润肺、强筋活络等功效。牛大力是中国传统药用植物,2018年进入新资源食品目录,其市场应用覆盖中药材、保健品、普通食品和日用化工等领域,经济价值和市场潜力巨大。牛大力以多年生的块根入药,依据种植过程中根是否膨大结薯,可分为膨大根(块根,薯)和非膨大根(梗根)。膨大根肉质化程度高、淀粉含量高,非膨大根木质化程度较高、纤维性强。成薯性高低直接关系牛大力的产量,是商品牛大力品质评价的重要依据之一,也决定了农民的种植收益,因而是农业生产和新品种培育攻克的重要方向。因此,研究牛大力块根(薯)膨大机理是提高其产量和提升其品质的必要途径。本研究主要阐述牛大力根的基本特征、根的化学物质组成及块根(薯)中的差异代谢物,综述影响牛大力块根(薯)形成的环境因素、基因调控及其与内源激素的关系,以期为牛大力块根(薯)膨大机制的阐释提供理论依据。Niudali(Millettia speciosa Champ.)refers to the root of Millettia speciosa,a plant belonging to the genus Millettia within the Fabaceae family,possesses the medicinal effects of nourish the lungs,strengthen the muscles and activate the nerves.Niudali has been a traditional Chinese medicinal plant and was listed in the new resource food catalog in 2018.Its market applications cover traditional Chinese medicine health supplements,general food products,and daily chemical industries,highlighting its significant economic value and market potential.Niudali utilizes its perennial tuberous root as the medicinal component,which based on whether the roots swell and form tubers during cultivation,can be classified into swollen roots(tuberous roots,tubers)and non-swollen roots(stem roots).The swelling root has high degree of fleshy and starch content,and the non-swelling root has high degree of lignification and strong fiber.The quality of tubers is the preferred indicator for market evaluation of the quality of niudali,which is directly related to the yield and the planting income of farmers,and is an important direction for agricultural production and new breed cultivation.Therefore,it is the necessary way to study the swelling mechanism of niudali to improve the yield and product quality.This study mainly focuses on the basic characteristics,the chemical composition,and the characteristic metabolites between the two kinds of roots.Mover,the environmental factors,the gene regulation,and endogenous hormones which affect the formation of niudali tubers were summarized,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the explanation of the swelling mechanism of niudali tubers.
