摘  要:随着园林花卉市场对多样化和高质量花卉的需求日益增加,传统的花卉品种改良方法已无法满足现代园林设计的需求。研究深入探讨了CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑技术在蝴蝶兰(Phalaenopsis)品种改良中的应用及其影响,旨在通过精确基因操作改进蝴蝶兰的花色、花型、抗病性和环境适应性。本研究介绍了基因编辑技术的原理和操作过程,详细分析了该技术在改善蝴蝶兰花色、花型、抗病性和环境适应性方面的具体应用。通过两个案例研究,展示了基因编辑如何有效地实现蝴蝶兰的目标性状改良,并探讨了这些改良对园林美化和商业生产的潜在影响。本研究还讨论了基因编辑技术在法律、伦理和社会接受度方面所面临的挑战,以及未来科技发展的前景。CRISPR/Cas9技术不仅为蝴蝶兰及其他园林花卉的育种提供了一种高效、精确的工具,也对园林花卉的商业化及生态应用提出了新的思路和可能。As the demand for diversity and high-quality garden flowers continues to rise,traditional methods of flower variety improvement can no longer meet the needs of modern garden design.This research paper delves into the application and impact of CRISPR/Cas9 gene-editing technology in the improvement of Phalaenopsis,aiming to enhance the flower color,shape,disease resistance,and environmental adaptability through precise genetic manipulation.This study introduces the principles and processes of gene-editing technology and analyzes its specific applications in improving the color,shape,disease resistance,and environmental adaptability of Phalaenopsis.Through two case studies,the paper demonstrates how gene editing effectively achieves targeted trait improvements in Phalaenopsis and discusses the potential impacts of these improvements on garden beautification and commercial production.The study also addresses the challenges faced by gene-editing technology in terms of legality,ethics,and social acceptance,as well as the prospects for future technological developments.CRISPR/Cas9 technology not only provides an efficient and precise tool for breeding Phalaenopsis and other garden flowers but also offers new ideas and possibilities for the commercialization and ecological application of garden flowers.
