摘  要:随着全球气候变化对农业生产构成越来越大的威胁,南繁种业的重要性日益凸显。本研究深入探讨了南繁育种技术在中国的应用及其在气候变化条件下的适应性策略,概述了南繁育种的关键技术和方法,特别是在加速育种周期、提高作物的抗逆性(如耐旱和耐热),以及利用南方地区丰富的作物遗传资源来增强生物多样性方面的应用。通过进一步的案例分析,详细展示了南繁育种在实际操作中如何有效应对气候变化带来的挑战,特别是在提升作物生产力和抗逆性方面的成效。研究借助现代生物技术,如高通量测序技术和基因编辑技术,探讨了这些技术如何在南繁育种项目中得到应用,并分析了其对提高育种效率的贡献。基于研究结果,本研究提出了一系列针对育种策略的优化建议和政策支持措施,旨在支持南繁种业的持续发展和对气候变化的适应能力。As global climate change increasingly poses a threat to agricultural production,the importance of the Nanfan Breeding Industry is becoming more prominent.This study delves into the application of Nanfan breeding techniques in China and their adaptive strategies under the conditions of climate change.It outlines the key techniques and methods of Nanfan breeding,especially in terms of accelerating the breeding cycle,enhancing crop resilience(such as drought and heat tolerance),and utilizing the rich crop genetic resources of the southern regions to boost biodiversity.Through detailed case studies,the study demonstrates how Nanfan breeding effectively addresses the challenges brought about by climate change,particularly in enhancing crop productivity and resilience.Leveraging modern biotechnologies such as high-throughput sequencing and gene editing,the research explores how these technologies are applied in Nanfan breeding projects and analyzes their contribution to improving breeding efficiency.Based on the findings,the study proposes a series of recommendations for optimizing breeding strategies and policy support measures,aimed at supporting the sustainable development of the Nanfan Breeding Industry and its ability to adapt to climate change.
