摘 要:在全球碳中和共识和我国“双碳”目标指导下,能源体系在加速向清洁化转型,为氢能发展带来契机。本文主要针对当前氢气主要来自化石能源制氢(灰氢),化石燃料制氢+碳捕捉利用(蓝氢)、可再生能源电解水制氢(绿氢)占比低的问题,着重从碳税政策法规推进角度,分析碳税价格对绿氢、灰氢经济性的影响,以期全面的认识制氢成本,探索不同阶段下经济性可行的工业制氢发展模式,并对未来制氢方式发展进行预测。经济性分析范围涵盖建设投资、运营成本等全生命周期经济效益,结果表明,在碳交易制度逐渐完善的情况下,绿氢的市场竞争力逐渐增强,是技术发展必然趋势。Under the guidance of the global consensus on carbon neutrality and China's"double carbon"goal,the energy system is accelerating the transformation to clean,bringing an opportunity for the development of hydrogen energy.In view of the problems that hydrogen is mainly produced from fossil energy(gray hydrogen),and the low proportion of hydrogen produced from fossil fuels with carbon capture and utilization(blue hydrogen),electrolytic hydrogen produced from renewable energy,this paper mainly analyzed the influence of carbon tax price on the economy of green hydrogen and gray hydrogen from the perspective of the promotion of carbon tax policies and regulations.Through these works,the cost of hydrogen production was comprehensively understood,economic and feasible development models of industrial hydrogen production at different stages were explored,and the future development of hydrogen production methods was predicted.The scope of economic analysis covered construction investment, operating costs and other life-cycle economic benefits. The results show that with the gradual improvement of carbon trading system,the market competitiveness of green hydrogen will gradually increase,which is an inevitable trend of technological development.
