摘 要:载荷传递装置在承受大吨位冲击载荷时需要将百吨量级集中载荷均匀分配,并有效传递至安装基座,以减小系统的冲击载荷偏差影响。文中根据载荷均匀分配原理完成载荷传递装置的结构设计,并对载荷分配均匀性开展基于有限元方法的冲击动力学仿真分析,提炼出影响分配均匀性的影响要素,分析不同要素对分配均匀性的影响权重。同时,通过开展加载试验对仿真结果的真实性进行验证,根据研究结果将影响要素的控制要求反映到载荷传递装置的制造工艺中,进而提高大吨位多点载荷分配均匀性,提升结构承载安全性。When bearing large-tonnage impact load,the load transfer device needs to evenly distribute the concentrated load of 100 tons and effectively transfer it to the installation base to reduce the impact load deviation of the system.In this paper,a structural design of load transmission device based on the principle of uniform load distribution is proposed,and the impact dynamics simulation analysis of load distribution uniformity was carried out based on finite element method,and the influencing factors of distribution uniformity were determined,and the influence weights of different factors on distribution uniformity were analyzed.In addition,a loading test was carried out to verify the authenticity of the simulation results.According to the research results,the control requirements of influencing factors were reflected in the manufacturing process of the load transfer device,thus improving the uniformity of large-tonnage multi-point load distribution and improving the bearing safety of the structure.
