摘 要:焊接过程中不均匀的温度场导致焊缝周围存在较高的残余应力,残余应力的存在可能会影响结构的承载能力。针对移动式起重机中实腹式伸缩臂架在制造过程中所产生的焊接残余应力,文中以某汽车起重机U形伸缩臂架为研究对象,使用热-弹-塑性法和固有应变法对焊接残余应力进行模拟,得到了残余应力分布情况,并对2种方法的结果进行分析对比;将残余应力结果导入臂架模型中,采用一致缺陷模态法对臂架初始缺陷进行模拟,并进行非线性稳定性分析。结果表明:残余应力的存在对臂架临界屈曲载荷削弱了6.63%。The uneven temperature field in the welding process causes high residual stress around the weld which may affect the bearing capacity of the structure.Considering the welding residual stress produced in the manufacturing process of the solid-bellied telescopic boom in the mobile crane,in this paper,taking the U-shaped telescopic boom of a truck crane as the research object,the welding residual stress was simulated by using the thermal-elastic-plastic method and the inherent strain method,and the distribution of the residual stress was obtained,and the results of the two methods were analyzed and compared.The residual stress results were introduced into the boom model,and the initial defects of the boom ere simulated by the uniform defect mode method followed by the analysis of nonlinear stability.The results show that the residual stress led to a decrease of 6.63%of the critical buckling load of the boom.
