摘  要:以无机金属纳米氧化物(纳米氧化锡(SnO_(2))、纳米氧化锡锑(ATO))作为环氧树脂涂料填料,采用旋涂法在Q235钢板表面制备复合涂层,采用电化学阻抗法研究了Q235碳钢在3.5%NaCl溶液中的耐腐蚀性能。电化学测试结果表明,添加质量分数3%纳米ATO的环氧复合涂层的保护效率达到了79.36%,高于添加SnO_(2)的环氧复合涂层的保护效率60.38%。这可能是因为纳米ATO的椭球状结构在复合涂层中发挥了有效填充作用,进而提高了涂层致密度。盐雾试验结果表明,微量纳米粒子的加入可显著增强复合涂层的耐盐雾能力,提高涂层的服役寿命。Two inorganic metal nano oxides(nano tin oxide,SnO_(2),nano tin antimony oxide,ATO)were selected as the fillers for epoxy resin coating,a composite coating was prepared on the surface of Q235 carbon steel by spin coating method.The electrochemical impedance method was used to study the corrosion resistance of Q235 carbon steel in 3.5%NaCl solution.The electrochemical test results show that the protective efficiency of the epoxy composite coating with 3%mass fraction of nano ATO reaches 79.36%,higher than the protective efficiency of 60.38%of the epoxy composite coating with SnO_(2).This may be because the ellipsoidal structure of nano ATO plays an effective filling role in the composite coating,thereby improving the coating density.The salt spray test results show that the addition of trace nanoparticles can significantly enhance the salt spray resistance of the composite coating and improve the service life of the coating.
