摘 要:目前,大量老旧小区留存在重庆市区,因为山地地形地势复杂的局限性,特别需要解决一些住宅的居住环境问题。住宅内部视野的私密性和采光需求之间有着明显的矛盾,已经无法满足当代居民“住”的需求。针对这一问题,深入探讨如何利用绿色节能技术优化采光方式,并构建全面的改造策略,通过这种方式更加深入地思考山地地区小区住宅居住环境的打造,以期实现更加舒适和健康的居住环境。At present,a large number of old residential areas within the urban area of Chongqing,and due to the limitations of mountainous terrain,it is particularly necessary to solve some residential environment problems.There is a significant contradiction between the privacy of residential interior view and the need for light,which can no longer meet the living needs of modern residents.In response to this issue,this paper discusses how to optimize the lighting mode by using green energy-saving technology,and constructs a comprehensive transformation strategy.In this way,we can think more deeply about the building of residential living environment in mountainous areas,in order to achieve a more comfortable and healthy living environment.
