摘  要:轻集料混凝土因其轻质、高强、保温和耐腐蚀等特性,在高层建筑和大跨度结构等土木工程领域得到广泛应用。然而,它也存在易开裂、脆性较高和韧性不足的问题。本研究采用纤维改性方法,探讨了玄武岩纤维对火山渣轻集料混凝土力学性能的影响,并分析了其增韧机理。试验结果表明,随着玄武岩纤维掺量的增加,火山渣轻集料混凝土的韧性显著提高。特别是当玄武岩纤维掺量达到3‰时,混凝土的抗压强度提升了2%,而抗折强度显著提高了33.4%,达到最佳掺量点。此外,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察发现,玄武岩纤维与水泥石界面的黏结性能得到增强,孔隙率降低,从而提高了混凝土的密实性和稳定性。Lightweight aggregate concrete has been widely utilized in civil engineering fields such as high-rise buildings and large-span structures due to its characteristics of lightweight,high strength,thermal insulation,and corrosion resistance.However,it also exhibits issues such as susceptibility to cracking,high brittleness,and insufficient toughness.This study explores the influence of basalt fibers on the mechanical properties of volcanic scoria lightweight aggregate concrete was studied by fiber modification methods and analyzes its toughening mechanism.Experimental results indicate that the toughness of volcanic scoria lightweight aggregate concrete significantly improves with the increase of basalt fiber content.Notably,when the basalt fiber content reaches 3‰,the compressive strength of the concrete increases by 2%,while the flexural strength improves significantly by 33.4%,achieving the optimal fiber content point.Furthermore,observations through scanning electron microscopy(SEM)reveal enhanced bonding performance between basalt fibers and the cement paste interface,along with reduced porosity,thereby improving the density and stability of the concrete.
