摘 要:隔墙是建筑重要组成部分,随着建筑工业化、装配式建筑与绿色建筑的发展,轻质隔墙板作为新型装配式墙体材料得到广泛使用。本文采用GB/T 19889.4—2005规定的现场测试方法,通过大量工程实际测量,总结分析目前主要类型的轻质墙板的空气声隔声效果。着重研究了4种厚度200 mm轻质墙板的空气声隔声效果及隔声频率特性,并结合国家、行业政策的最新要求总结轻质隔墙板行业的发展趋势和所面临的挑战与机遇。可为相关居住建筑建设、设计、施工等单位及轻质隔墙板生产厂家提供参考,有助于有效保障居住建筑室内声环境质量。Partition wall is an important part of the building,with the development of building industrialization,prefabricated buildings and green buildings,lightweight partition panels have been widely used as a new type of prefabricated wall materials.In this paper,the field test method specified in GB/T 19889.4—2005 be adopted,and after a large number of engineering actual measurements,the air sound insulation effect of the main types of lightweight partition panels be summarized and analyzed.This paper focuses on the study of the air sound insulation effect and sound insulation frequency characteristics of four kinds of lightweight partition panels with a thickness of 200 mm,and summarizes the development trends,challenges and opportunities of the lightweight partition panels industry in combination with the latest requirements of national and industrial policies.It can provide reference for relevant residential building construction,design,construction and other units and lightweight partition panels manufacturers,and help effectively ensure the quality of indoor acoustic environment in residential buildings.
