摘  要:为了能够最大限度保障型钢悬挑脚手架的承载力强度满足实际需求,提出排渍站型钢悬挑脚手架结构设计及施工技术研究。以某排渍站管理用房项目为基础,结合实际情况,从悬挑梁标准节、悬挑梁加长节、悬挑梁转角节及斜拉杆四个角度对型钢悬挑脚手架结构进行针对性设计。在具体的施工阶段,按照悬挑梁布置、底座安放、型钢悬挑脚手架搭设以及连墙件安装四个阶段对具体的施工技术进行研究。结果表明,通过合理设计悬挑梁各节段的规格与连接方式,能够显著提升脚手架的承载力强度。采用本文设计和施工的技术方案不仅增强了脚手架的稳固性,还提高了施工效率,降低了成本,为工程顺利推进提供了有力保障。In order to maximize the bearing capacity and strength of steel cantilever scaffolding to meet practical needs,the structural design and construction technology research of drainage station steel cantilever scaffolding are proposed.Based on the management building project of a certain drainage station,combined with the actual situation,targeted design of the steel cantilever scaffold structure is carried out from four perspectives:the standard section of the cantilever beam,the extended section of the cantilever beam,the corner section of the cantilever beam,and the diagonal rod.In the specific construction stage,research will be conducted on the specific construction techniques in four stages:cantilever beam layout,base placement,steel cantilever scaffolding installation,and wall connecting component installation.It is shown that by designing the specifications and connection methods of each section of the cantilever beam reasonably,the bearing capacity and strength of the scaffold can be significantly improved.The technology scheme designed and constructed in this paper not only enhances the stability of the scaffolding,but also improves construction efficiency,reduces costs,and provides strong guarantees for the smooth progress of the project.
