摘　　要：玄府、三焦遍布全身,小到脉络、孔窍,大到脏腑、通道。“玄府、三焦”理论在特应性皮炎中的应用鲜有报道,本文试图从明“病因”以开玄,风湿热除治其标;重“津液”以求本,畅达三焦气血调;审“屏障”以养护,七分护理病自除三个方面论述张慧敏以“玄府-三焦”理论为出发点,结合皮肤屏障修复探析其发病机制,运用开玄清热祛湿、健脾畅达三焦之法辨治特应性皮炎的临床经验,为特应性皮炎的辨证论治提供新的治疗思路。Xuanfu exists all over the body,such as veins,orifices,zang-fu viscera and channels,etc.and sanjiao distributes vital qi throughout the body.There are few reports on the application of the"Xuanfu-sanjiao"theory in the treatment of atopic dermatitis.Based on the"Xuanfu-sanjiao"theory and combining skin barrier repair,Zhang Huimin explores the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis.She adopts the methods of opening up Xuanfu to clear heat and eliminate dampness,invigorating the spleen to activate sanjiao for the treatment of atopic dermatitis,achieving a remarkable efficacy.This paper aims to summarize her clinical experience in this regard,hoping to provide new treatment ideas for the treatment of atopic dermatitis based on its syndrome differentiation.
