仝小林院士治疗高龄肺部感染后心力衰竭急性加重验案一则

摘　　要：肺部感染诱发心力衰竭是老年患者常见的危重症,早期症状不明显,诊断较为困难,死亡率高。仝小林院士从审机论治和态靶辨治的角度,气血并重理心肺,攻补兼施衡阴阳,巧用虫药通络脉,在现代医学常规治疗的基础上运用子龙宣白承气汤加减方对该病取得了显著疗效,四付药即扭转了患者的心衰危象,并改善了肺部感染和肾功能。Heart failure induced by pulmonary infection is a common critical illness in elderly patients,featuring a difficulty in its diagnosis due to unclear symptoms in the early stage,and thus a high mortality rate.From the perspective of differentiating the pathogenesis,the states and the targets of the disease,Academician Tong Xiaolin treats it by regulating the heart and lung through nourishing both qi and blood,harmonizing yin and yang through both eliminating pathogens and reinforcing the body,and clearing collaterals through the reasonable application of insect drugs.On the basis of the conventional treatment of modern medicine,he uses the modified Zilong Xuanbai Chengqi decoction to treat the patient in this case,achieving a significant curative effect in reversing the patient's heart failure symptoms and improving the lung infection and kidney function.
