摘　　要：临床上最常应用治疗周围性面瘫的针法为常规针刺,随着治疗周围性面瘫研究的不断加深,对于针刺方法的应用也需要更深入的研究。周围性面瘫急性期可采取浅刺法、半刺法等刺激量小的针刺方法,恢复期及后遗症期可以采取透刺法、齐刺法等刺激量大、针对性治疗面瘫症状的针刺方法。本文通过研究不同毫针刺法治疗周围性面瘫的相关文献,为今后的临床应用提供参考依据。Conventional acupuncture is most commonly used in the clinical treatment of peripheral facial palsy.With the continuous deepening of the research on the treatment of the disease,acupuncture methods in this regard needs more in-depth research as well.It is proposed that acupuncture methods with a mild stimulation such as shallow needling and half needling can be used in the acute stage of peripheral facial palsy,while acupuncture methods with an intense stimulation and targeted treatment for facial palsy symptoms such as penetration needling and triple needling can be used in its recovery and sequelae stages.In this paper,the literature on the treatment of peripheral facial palsy using different techniques of filiform needle acupuncture is reviewed,hoping to provide a reference for its future clinical application in the treatment of peripheral facial palsy.
